You can ask for a refund within 15 days of purchase if your login details were issued but never used to log in or stream, a technical problem stops streaming and support can't fix it within a reasonable time (typically 24–48 hours), you ordered twice or picked the wrong plan by mistake and haven't used it or you didn't authorize the payment. Subscriptions that have been activated and used to stream, reseller credits and expired plans are not refundable. Ask on WhatsApp; approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days.

On plans longer than one month, a verified interruption of more than 72 consecutive hours that isn't caused by your internet, device or app settings can give you a partial refund or a credit.
